These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website [www.etiforum.com] (the “Website”) and the purchase of tickets for ETI FORUM (the “Event”).

By accessing the Website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides:
• Information about ETI FORUM
• Online ticket sales
• Event updates and related services
Use of the Website is subject to these Terms and applicable Spanish and EU legislation.

3. Ticket Purchase

3.1 Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed once:
• The purchaser completes the online checkout process; and
• Payment is successfully confirmed.
The purchaser will receive an email confirmation with ticket details.

3.2 Prices and VAT
• All prices are stated in Euros (€).

• Ticket prices include Spanish VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate (currently 21%), unless otherwise stated.
• The applicable VAT is determined according to Spanish tax law, as the Event takes place in Spain.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify prices before purchase, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment
Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.
The Organizer does not store or process credit card details directly.
By providing payment details, the purchaser confirms that:
• They are authorized to use the payment method;
• The information provided is accurate and complete.
If a transaction is declined, the Organizer is not responsible for any resulting consequences.

4. Ticket Policy

4.1 Admission
Entry to the Event requires:
• A valid ticket (digital or printed);
• Valid identification if requested.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry in case of:
• Fraudulent tickets;
• Breach of these Terms;
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

4.2 Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services related to events with a specific date.
Therefore, ticket purchases are non-refundable except as stated below.

4.3 Cancellations & Changes
If the Event is:
• Cancelled: The purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
• Rescheduled: Tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the purchaser cannot attend, refund conditions will be communicated.
The Organizer is not responsible for additional costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).

4.4 Transfer of Tickets
Unless otherwise stated, tickets may be transferred to another person.
The Organizer may require prior notification of such transfer.

5. Event Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Modify the program, speakers, schedule, or venue (within the same city);
• Replace speakers if necessary.
Such changes do not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

6. Code of Conduct

All attendees must:
• Behave respectfully toward participants and staff;
• Comply with venue rules;
• Follow safety instructions.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund for inappropriate conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content (texts, logos, branding, images, materials) is the property of the Organizer or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Image & Recording

By attending the Event, participants acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken.
Such materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless the attendee expressly objects in writing prior to the Event.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages;
• Personal belongings lost or stolen during the Event;
• Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, etc.).
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with:
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
• Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD)

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
